Established over eight decades ago, in the same year that the Spitfire made its first flight, and Joe DiMaggio made his major-league baseball debut, today, MLC currently has 150 plus staff working out of 10 registered international offices and has successfully been involved with in excess of 8,100 projects in various business sectors across five continents and 42 countries.
Started by Brian McIntosh in Johannesburg South Africa in 1936, MLC expanded nationally to Pretoria, Cape Town, and Durban, then regionally to Botswana and Swaziland, and internationally to Mauritius, Seychelles, the UAE, Montenegro, Saudi-Arabia, Serbia, Cyprus, Italy and Switzerland.
In the mid 60s to early 70s Kim Latilla, Balf Laing and Mike Carrier joined, and the business became known as McIntosh Latilla Carrier & Laing. After McIntosh was bought out, the business was branded MLC as it is known today still.
