MLC to work on Four Seasons in Diriyah Gate Development
MLC is excited to be providing Cost Management services on yet another leading luxury hotel; Four Seasons. This time in KSA, on the incredible Diriyah Gate development, which is soon to become an international cultural and lifestyle destination.
The hotel will be built on the 300-year-old site located just outside Riyadh, Diriyah, which is considered to be a birthplace of the Kingdom and the capital of the first Said state. The hotel will feature 150 rooms and suites with architecture inspired by the Najdi style of Saudi Arabia.
The scale of the entire Diriyah Gate development is something to behold, and a key part of the Saudi Vision 2030 plans.
