MLC Appointed on Harbour Point Elevated Walkway Project
Following on from providing services on The Address Harbour Point at Dubai Creek Harbour, MLC is providing pre and post contract Cost Management services on the Harbour Point Elevated Walkway. This structure is sure to provide an impressive, recognisable landmark at Dubai Creek Harbour when finally installed.
The elevated walkway that radiates between the two Harbour Point towers, extends 70 metres over the Dubai Creek Harbour promenade with the final 25m cantilevered over the water. The project is being constructed off-site and will be rigged into place in 100-ton sections by a mirage barge.
Project completion is estimated at late November 2022.
