The DB Schenker project involved the greenfield development of a new distribution centre and corporate headquarters for the German logistics company in Kempton Park, South Africa. The warehouse included DM1 floors to allow for very high racking up to 12.50m high, significant mezzanine offices for warehouse operations staff and 97 sectional doors to allow for swift receiving and dispatch of goods. The corporate office was a P-Grade office block fully fitted-out to the tenant’s specs and requirements.
