Spanning over 220 hectares and designed by WATG, the development of the Mont Choisy Masterplan is currently being executed under the Smart City Scheme. After the completion of the Mont Choisy Golf Course and IRS Phases 1 – 3, Phases 4 and 5 are currently underway with a total of 218 residential units planned over the next few years. The masterplan also includes for the construction of Beachfront Hotels and Apartments, an Education and Medical Node, along with Sports Facilities.
