The development includes 5 stories of corporate office space with ground floor retail and basement parking. The green star initiatives include district sea water heating and cooling, high- performance double-glazed façade, solar panels on the roof producing 100,000kVa per annum, low energy lighting and water efficient fixtures and fittings.
