The conversion of the historical Grain Silo at the heart of Cape Town’s V&A Waterfront to house the Zeitz Museum Of Contemporary Art Africa (MOCAA) and The Silo Hotel in 2017 was one of the most complex and challenging projects ever undertaken by our Cape Town office. The museum spans nine floors, 6,000 m², 100 gallery spaces and exhibits contemporary art from Africa and its Diaspora, above which sits the luxury boutique hotel.
